Minnetonka, MN | Full-Time | Onsite Monday-Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

What You'll Do

As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, inventory planning, and workforce requirements to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain master production schedules based on customer demand and historical trends
  • Coordinate workforce planning to support production requirements
  • Partner with purchasing to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
  • Communicate delivery schedules, priorities, and schedule changes with customer service teams
  • Ensure accurate ERP/MRP transactions and system integrity
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control processes
  • Collaborate with engineering on the creation and maintenance of production bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Monitor products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to ensure on-time completion
  • Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support additional operational planning activities as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Syspro experience highly preferred
  • Strong background in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across production, purchasing, engineering, and customer service teams

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
