Fire Sprinkler Service Foreman (Commercial Systems)

You start your morning at Regional Fire Protectionpart of the Guardian Fire Services familyreviewing the day’s commercial service calls across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. First stop: a quarterly inspection where you verify system performance, document findings on-site, and address a minor repair. Midday, you lead a trainee through an installation task, teaching safe, ethical practices and reinforcing compliance with national and local codes. By afternoon, you wrap a service ticket, submit your daily report, and plan tomorrow’s mentorship objectives for your team.

• Perform daily inspection, service, repair, and/or installation work on fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings.
• Complete inspection reports while inspections are performed on-site.
• Submit accurate daily reports for all service work completed.
• Train, mentor, and supervise Sprinkler Inspectors/Trainees to build new talent.

• Hands-on experience inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and installing fire sprinkler systems in commercial environments.
