Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure as required for school-based practice
  • Previous experience working with pre-kindergarten or early childhood populations
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to Pre-K students
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in student evaluations
  • Support students’ social, academic, and communication development within the classroom setting
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create individualized education programs
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of progress, services, and required reports
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current in best practices
