Qualifications
- Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience
- 5 years heavy industry electrical & instrumentation experience
- Comprehensive computer software knowledge required, including Excel, Word, Project, Auto CAD, SAP
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols
- Subject to law, must be clean shaven for respirator use
Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, and oversee daily preventive/repair maintenance activities
- Supervise, train, and develop mechanical maintenance staff
- Evaluate and resolve problems affecting overall equipment efficiency
- Ensure that employees observe safe work practices
- Coordinate maintenance work with other departments
