Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience
- 1-3 years Required work experience
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Field of Study Preferred: Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Production
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire slag production process in a manufacturing facility
- Monitoring slag production processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with specifications
- Adjusting production schedules and optimizing workflow to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Identifying and addressing production bottlenecks or issues to minimize downtime
- Overseeing the collection, transportation, and storage of slag materials
