- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and program PLCs, HMIs, DCS, VFDs, instrumentation, and plant electrical infrastructure.
- Resolve equipment issues and implement solutions that enhance reliability, efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Guide, train, and mentor fellow technicians; reinforce best-in-class maintenance practices.
- Interpret electrical drawings and ladder logic to support maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.

What’s required to succeed?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience with PLC programming, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; experience with both high and low voltage; comfortable interfacing with ladder logic.
What helps me stand out?
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in alcohol beverage, food & beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
- Rockwell Automation controls training/certification.
- Hands-on time with AllenBradley and Panasonic PLC platforms.

- Yesability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance.
