Job Responsibilities:

- Build a pipeline of employees for promotion to management positions.
- Continually train and work with the Operating Partners on their skills in
customer relations. - Maintain preventative maintenance program at all locations.
- Ensure that all company processes and procedures are being followed.
- Increase the retention of successful managers and employees.
- Maintaining budgeted standards for chemicals, utilities, and equipment repair and replacement.
- Increasing car counts over same quarter previous year per location.
- Achieve the budgeted HR percentage.
- Achieve profit goals.
- Reduce the number of customer complaints that go above the store level.
- Community Management: Monitor and improve communications to customers on the internet (website, email responses, Facebook, etc.) and phone when necessary.
- Network with local businesses, churches, youth organizations to increase
community presence. - Communicate and provide training of all marketing programs to sites in a
timely manner. Also, give feedback on all marketing programs. - Provide recruiting support to the operating partner as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, hospitality, or related field.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Available to travel between sites.
- Live in the Metro Atlanta area, preferably inside the perimeter.
- Flexible schedule.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Be enthusiastic and friendly.
- Must enjoy working with people.
- Treat customers and employees with respect.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solver.
- Willing to lead by example.
- Ability to move about the wash site, take part in all required maintenance
procedures, fill in for all roles when short staffed. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop and climb a ladder.
- Willingness to step in and cover for any role when a site is short staffed.
