Key Qualifications:
- Valid, active SLPA license in Florida required
- Comfortable traveling between various school locations within the county
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educational teams
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to work with students of all ages (K–12)
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support services to a diverse K–12 student population in multiple schools
- Assist supervising SLPs with implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to documentation and progress monitoring
- Use creative strategies to motivate and engage students in both group and one-on-one settings
- Travel across assigned schools to deliver services as needed
