Pay Rate
Local: $2,655 – $2,775/Week
Traveler: $2,850 – $2,950/Week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN to provide Case Management, Utilization Review, and/or CDI services in an acute care hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
Current New York State RN Registration.
AHA BLS certification.
Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care hospital experience within the past 2 years.
Acute care hospital Case Management experience required.
EPIC experience required.
Travelers must have experience in a hospital of equal or greater size or a trauma center.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide RN Case Management, Utilization Review, and/or CDI services.
Assess and coordinate patient care needs.
Review clinical documentation and patient records.
Support appropriate utilization of healthcare services.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
Assist with discharge planning and care coordination.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate with patients, families, providers, and healthcare teams as needed.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
