CSR Warehouse

The CSR Warehouse role supports wholesale accounts and internal business teams through accurate order processing, responsive customer service, and close coordination with warehouse operations. This position balances desk and floor work, maintaining a daily presence on the warehouse floor while coordinating inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customer support to wholesale accounts and internal business teams.
• Enter and maintain order information.
• Update customer and account records as needed.
• Coordinate daily with warehouse teams on inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
• Investigate and communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain frequent warehouse-floor presence while managing desk-based responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse customer service.
