Fortress Leak Detection and Restoration
Greater Atlanta Area
Fortress Leak Detection and Restoration is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and generate new restoration opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, real estate professionals, contractors, and other referral partners
- Promote Fortress’s leak detection, mitigation, restoration, and contents services
- Generate and qualify new residential and commercial leads
- Conduct regular outreach, networking, office visits, and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, referrals, and sales activity
- Coordinate with operations to support a professional transition from referral to service
- Represent Fortress professionally at networking events, association meetings, and community functions
- Meet established business-development and revenue-performance goals
Ideal Candidate:
- Professional, dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making calls, conducting in-person visits, and developing new accounts
- Able to work independently while collaborating with the Fortress operations team
- Familiarity with restoration, construction, insurance claims, property management, plumbing, or related industries is preferred
- Existing relationships within the Greater Atlanta property-services market are a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Compensation:
Competitive compensation structure based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated performance. Additional commission or performance-based earning opportunities may be available.
