Occupational Therapist School Setting in Edwards, CA

Your caseload will consist of approximately 50 students, providing essential therapy services across a diverse range of needs. You’ll work with collaborative school teams and dedicated educators, all focused on creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for student success. Interviews are scheduled for next week, so quick action is encouraged.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license/credential
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Skill in developing and implementing IEPs for PreK-8th grade
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual delivery of services
• Reliable and self-motivated for hybrid schedules

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions to assigned students
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students across PreK-8th grade
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input on services and progress
• Incorporate both onsite and virtual therapy modalities to best serve students’ needs
