Now hiring a Seamstress / Industrial Sewing Operator in a thermal insulation manufacturing company typically sews and fabricates specialized, heat-resistant insulation blankets, protective covers, and other industrial fabric products.
Job Duties:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy-duty and heat-resistant materials.
- Fabricate thermal insulation blankets and custom protective covers.
- Read and follow patterns, measurements, and work instructions.
- Cut, measure, and assemble fabric and insulation materials.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform basic maintenance and keep sewing equipment and work areas clean.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an industrial seamstress or sewing machine operator.
- Experience sewing heavy-duty fabrics or industrial materials preferred.
- Ability to read measurements, patterns, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
Hours
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
