Location: Monroe Township, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $15.92-$20.00 per hour (based on position and experience)

We’re seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing operations in New Jersey. We're currently hiring for Inbound/Unloaders, Sweepers, and Order Picking positions.

In this role, you'll help keep products moving through our operation by loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments using a combination of manual and powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts.

$375 after successfully completing 60 working days

$375 after successfully completing 90 working days

Inbound / Unloaders

Help keep our warehouse moving by unloading incoming freight and preparing products for storage and distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound trailers safely and efficiently
• Palletize and sort products
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Perform general warehouse duties
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety

Sweepers / Warehouse Associates

Play a key role in maintaining warehouse flow and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Move and stage pallets and products throughout the warehouse
• Sweep and transfer product to designated areas
• Support inbound and order-picking operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Order Pickers

Help ensure customers receive the right products on time.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders
• Verify product quantities and locations
• Stage completed orders for shipment
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Work safely and efficiently in a team environment

What We're Looking For

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Pallet jack, forklift, and warehouse equipment experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds (depending on position)

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and noise levels

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
