UR Royalty Medical Aesthetics is growing, rebranding, and reopeningand we are looking for an experienced Esthetician who is excited to grow with us. This is an opportunity to join our practice during an exciting new chapter and help us rebuild and expand our aesthetics clientele. We are seeking someone who is dependable, professional, motivated, and passionate about skin health, rejuvenation, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a proven track record performing professional facials and advanced skincare treatments and is confident evaluating a variety of skin types, tones, and concerns. We are especially interested in someone with experience in laser skincare and advanced aesthetic procedures who understands that excellent esthetics goes beyond performing a serviceit begins with understanding the client’s skin.

You should be comfortable conducting detailed skin consultations, identifying concerns, recommending appropriate treatments, and developing individualized skincare plans that combine professional services with effective home-care products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality customized facials and professional skincare treatments
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and skin analyses
• Assess acne, hyperpigmentation, uneven tone and texture, dryness, signs of aging, and other common skin concerns
• Develop individualized treatment and skincare recommendations
• Perform or assist with laser and advanced aesthetic skincare procedures within applicable licensure, training, and practice protocols
• Perform chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other treatments offered by the practice within scope
• Educate clients about maintaining and improving their skin health between appointments
• Confidently recommend and sell appropriate professional and medical-grade skincare products based on individual needs
• Develop treatment plans and recommend appropriate follow-up services
• Build lasting client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and repeat appointments
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and appropriate before-and-after photographs
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized treatment areas
• Assist with skincare inventory and treatment-room supplies
• Work collaboratively with our medical providers and aesthetics team
• Participate in the continued growth and development of our newly rebranded practice

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

Candidates should hold the appropriate current Texas esthetician license and have demonstrated professional experience with facials, skin analysis, corrective skincare, skin rejuvenation, and product recommendations. Experience with laser and other advanced aesthetic treatments is strongly preferred where permitted by applicable training, licensure, delegation, and supervision requirements.

Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, personable, professional, and consistent. Because we are reopening and growing, we want someone who understands that building a successful practice takes teamwork and who is excited about helping develop a loyal clientele rather than simply stepping into an already established appointment book.
