Picture your day starting at 6:00 a.m. in a clean, organized shop in Houston (77047). You review drawings and blueprints, set up a twinspindle CNC lathe, and run your firstarticle. With calipers and micrometers in hand, you verify critical dimensions using GD&T callouts. You log part counts and firstpiece inspections, keep your equipment on the preventative maintenance schedule, and lend a hand coaching a junior machinist before the next setup changeover.
