JOB SUMMARY

The primary function of the Delivery Specialist is to safely deliver Company’s products to customer sites, pump chemicals, clean tanks,and alsoprovide excellent customer service when performing job duties at customer sites.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely deliver product to customer docks and on-site tanks, using an electronic transfer pump to transfer chemicals used in industrial water treatment
• Participate in the cleaning of tanks at customer sites, as needed
• Assistwith the set-up of water treatment equipment at new customer sites
• Occasionallyassistwith installation/service/maintenance at customer accounts
• Prepare proper shipping documentation for shipments and keep detailed andaccuraterecords for Bills of Ladings
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
• Effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Keep vehicle and delivery equipment such (pumps, hoses, PPE) in good operating condition and keep up with recommended maintenance as needed
• Perform drum and tote cleaning,inspectionand recycling
• Assistwith a variety of warehouse duties
• Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Ability to perform job duties within a wide range of environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely andproperly usean electric pallet jack to move skids or totes of chemicals
• Ability tofrequentlylift5 to 50-lbs. up to 5 ft. off the ground
• Ability to move 15, 30 and 55-gallon drums using a hand truck
• Ability and willingness to wear required PPE as required by role duties
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear ahalf orfull-face respirator
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to work overtime to meet production and delivery demands
• Abilityand willingness to obtain vaccinations that may berequiredbased on customer requirements, as some of our customers are within the healthcare and related industries

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possession of a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Current HazMatendorsement
• Current Tankerendorsement

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The anticipated pay range for this role is between $25- $30/hr, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
