Position Overview

Insurance is how families protect what they have built. Tony Brewer State Farm is hiring a Part-Time Account Associate in Carrollton, GA for a sales role with real meaning real conversations about coverage, trust earned quickly, and sales that genuinely help the people on the other side of the table. This is an in-office, part-time role working 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up
• Develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred insurance training and licensing provided
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Pay range: $3,000-$5,000 per month
