Manufacturing / Warehouse Operator

Nexus Employment is currently hiring Manufacturing/Warehouse Operators for a manufacturing facility located in Danville, IL.

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

Shift & Pay

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM $15.00/hour

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM $15.75/hour

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM $15.75/hour

Job Summary

As a Manufacturing/Warehouse Operator, you will perform general warehouse and production duties, including assembling, loading, unloading, and inspecting automotive components. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general warehouse and manufacturing duties.
  • Assemble automotive parts and components.
  • Inspect automotive parts for quality and defects.
  • Load and unload automotive components on production lines.
  • Follow production, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Follow all work instructions and company procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to meet production and quality standards.
  • Must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks.
  • Ability to lift 35–50 lbs.
  • Ability to load, unload, inspect, and handle automotive components.
