Pay:$16 hourly
Schedule:Monday–Friday,7am to 4pm
What You’ll Do:
- Material Batching & Mixing:Accurately measure, weigh, and load chemical raw materialsincluding liquid resins, dry pigments, and solventsinto mixing tanks according to established batch formulas.
- Equipment Operation:Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment such as high-speed dispersers, mills, filling machines, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance:Take periodic samples of paint batches to verify color, consistency, density, and overall quality standards.
- Packaging & Labeling:Fill, seal, stack, and properly label cans, pails, drums, and totes containing finished products.
- Facility Maintenance:Safely clean and lubricate mixing tanks and production lines using designated chemical solvents while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
