What if you could make $73K, lead quality landscape installation projects, and have every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off?

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Installation/Construction Manager to take ownership of landscape installation projects throughout the Treasure Coast.

This is not a typical landscape maintenance position and it is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who understands landscape construction, knows how a job is supposed to go together, can lead people in the field, and takes pride in the finished product.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• $68K - $73K annual salary
• Four-day workweek Monday through Thursday
• No regular Friday/Saturday/Sunday schedule
• Leadership position with significant responsibility
• Work on professional landscape installation and improvement projects

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be responsible for taking landscape installation projects from plan to completion, including:

• Leading and coordinating installation crews
• Reviewing plans, scopes, material requirements and project schedules
• Coordinating labor, materials and equipment
• Ensuring projects are installed correctly and efficiently
• Managing planting, trees, palms, sod, irrigation, drainage, grading, mulch, stone and hardscape components
• Maintaining production schedules and project quality
• Identifying and solving problems in the field
• Communicating with customers, vendors and company management
• Inspecting completed work and making sure the finished product meets company standards
• Keeping crews productive, organized and accountable

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't necessarily need a college degree or a particular job title.

We are interested in someone who has real-world landscape installation/construction experience and has demonstrated the ability to lead people and get projects completed correctly.

You may be a:

• Landscape Installation Foreman
• Landscape Construction Foreman
• Landscape Superintendent
• Landscape Project Manager
• Senior Landscape Installer
• Hardscape Foreman
• Crew Leader ready for the next step

Strong knowledge of Florida landscaping, plant material, irrigation, drainage, grading and/or hardscape installation is highly valued.

You should be comfortable reading plans, understanding measurements and quantities, organizing a crew and solving problems when the job doesn't go exactly according to plan.

Most importantly, you need to be someone who takes ownership.
