Job Description
An established furniture manufacturer is seeking a Machine Operator to support the production of custom furniture, case goods and components. In this role, you will set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery used in 32mm panel production while maintaining quality and production standards. This position is a strong fit for someone with manufacturing, carpentry or maintenance experience who takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery used for 32mm panel production
- Adjust and calibrate machine settings according to production specifications
- Inspect raw materials and finished panels for quality and consistency
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting, reporting malfunctions or safety concerns
- Record production information and work with team members to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Related manufacturing, carpentry or maintenance experience preferred
- Familiarity with 32mm system standards used in cabinetry or furniture manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods andlift upto40 pounds
- Ability to follow established workplace safety procedures

The base pay for this position is$19.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
