We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for an ongoing opportunity at a Level III Trauma Center in Indiana. This is a high-volume department seeing approximately 50,000 ED visits annually, with dedicated physician and APP coverage, scribe support, and specialty care capabilities.

Opportunity to perform moderate sedation
ABEM/AOBEM board certification preferred/required
Current ABMS-recognized board certification may be considered with 5 years of continuous full-time experience in a high-volume ED seeing more than 30,000 visits annually
New EM residency graduates within the past 12 months may be considered
IM physicians may be considered with the required high-volume ED experience
Active, unrestricted Indiana medical license
Active Indiana Controlled Substance license
Active DEA with an Indiana address
BLS required
Case logs for the past 2 years
CME Attestation Form
Current-season flu vaccination
TB documentation from the past 12 months or qualifying chest X-ray documentation
COVID vaccination
10-year claims history
