Resident Move-In Coordinator
$19.10–$21.48 per hour, based on experience | Full-Time

$19.10 to $21.48 an hour, full-time, Tuesday through Saturday daytime hours. Help older adults and their families through one of the biggest moves of their lives at Collingswood Manor, a Great Place to Work 9 years in a row.

Who You'll Help
Collingswood Manor is a nonprofit senior living community in downtown Collingswood. It has independent living, assisted living, memory care, and rehab all under one roof. You'll be the calm, friendly guide for each family, from their first phone call to the day a new apartment feels like home.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to prospective resident inquiries and connect leads with the appropriate sales team member
  • Help guide new residents through apartment selection, reservation, and move-in preparations
  • Update prospect and occupancy records and support reporting efforts
  • Coordinate apartment readiness to create a smooth move-in experience
  • Support community events, outreach efforts, and marketing projects
  • Share prospect and move-in activity updates with team members and community leadership

What You'll Need
Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience in any setting, such as hospitality, apartment leasing, retail, or healthcare
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Saturdays as part of your regular schedule

Preferred:

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or apartment leasing
  • Experience with a CRM or other customer tracking software

Schedule
Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday. Shifts are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
