Hosack Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in O'Fallon, Missouri.

What You'll DoInstall residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality products
Complete full system replacements, change-outs, and retrofit installations
Ensure installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable local codes
Properly start up and test newly installed equipment
Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed work
Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized job sites
Complete required installation paperwork and documentation accurately
Follow company safety procedures and installation best practices
Work closely with field leadership, warehouse, and support teams to keep installations running efficiently
Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
Minimum 2 year of residential HVAC installation experience required
Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete residential systems
EPA Certification required
Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures, tools, and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot installation-related issues
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment and materials
Dependable, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Average annual earnings of $75,000–$150,000
