These are busy manufacturing environments with a variety of opportunities for people who take pride in their work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and want to continue developing their skills.
Current openings include:
- Mechanical Assemblers
- Machine Operators
- Grinding Machine Setters / Operators
- Production and Assembly Associates
What We're Looking For
- We're interested in individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and an interest in building a future in manufacturing.
- Approximately 6 months or more of manufacturing experience, or technical school training in machining, manufacturing, mechanical technology, or a related field
- A consistent work history and interest in long-term employment
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A willingness to learn new processes, develop technical skills, and take on additional responsibilities
- Dependability and a commitment to working safely
Pay & Schedule
- $18–$20 per hour, depending on position and shift
- Benefits: We offer benefits to employees on qualifying long-term assignments: Health, Dental, Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, MyCTSavings Retirement Savings Plan, AAA Membership. Additional benefits and eligibility may vary by assignment.
- First, second, and third-shift opportunities
- Second- and third-shift positions require initial training on first shift
