Activities Assistant

CareCore at Lima is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Activities Assistant.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for working with the elderly, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to organize and lead engaging activities and events with minimal supervision. A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing meaningful activity programs for residents

• Encourage resident participation and engagement

• Help create a vibrant and inclusive community environment

• Support daily documentation and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required

• A caring and energetic personality

• Strong communication and organizational skills
