Current Open Shifts:
- Carmel (female or female presenting preferred, behavior supports) - Monday 9am to 4pm, Friday and Saturday 8am to 3:30pm. (21hrs/wk)
- Dukhobar (ASL house, ASL knowledge or willingness to learn req'd, behavior supports) - Sunday 4pm to 11pm, Tuesday 8am to 4pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm. (22hrs/wk)
- Exmoor (NOC Shift, male or male presenting staff preferred, behavior supports) - Monday through Wednesday 8pm to 6am, Thursday 6pm to 9pm. (32hrs/wk)
- Kincaid/Erin Way (female or female presenting staff preferred. Strong boundaries and flexibility req'd at KI. Supported person changes up their plans regularly, so has to be able to pivot to accommodate, behavior supports. Erin Way is more medical, must be able to drive from program to program) - Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 4pm to 10am. (30hrs/wk)
- Quail Ridge (female or female presenting preferred, medical supports) - Thursday and Friday 3:30pm to 11pm, Saturday through Monday 3:30pm to 10pm. (34.5hrs/wk)

What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy in a respectful, person-centered way.
- Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support.
- Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, health, and activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred.
- High Medical Care: Experience with G-tubes, feeding tubes, catheter care
- ASL (American Sign Language) (or willingness to learn)
- Skills & Traits: Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
- Certifications:
- Current CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- DSP Tier 1 & Tier 2 Core Competencies (or willingness to complete training)
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 6 months) and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
