Unit Nurse Manager-RN/LPN

A well-established long-term care and skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced RN or LPN for a full-time Nurse Management position. This role includes a combination of direct resident care (floor hours) and administrative leadership responsibilities (office hours).

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and management of nursing services

• Provide resident care as needed

• Support clinical operations and quality care initiatives

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes

• Help maintain regulatory compliance and facility standards

• Current RN or LPN license

• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

• Previous experience with long-term care management, supervision, or care planning

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

• Minimum of four years of nursing experience

• At least one year of nurse management experience
