Total Warehouse Solutionsis currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team in Franklin, Massachusetts. you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll help keep products moving through our operation by loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments using a combination of manual and powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts.

Warehouse Unloaders

Help keep freight moving efficiently by unloading inbound shipments and preparing products for warehouse storage.

Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound trailers safely and efficiently
• Sort and palletize products
• Break down and restack freight as needed
• Maintain an organized and productive work area
• Work as part of a team to complete inbound loads on schedule

Warehouse Runners

Play a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by moving and staging freight throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Transport pallets and products throughout the warehouse
• Move completed freight from receiving areas
• Stage products in designated warehouse locations
• Support unloading and receiving operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift

Pallet jack and warehouse equipment experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
