Job Description

Purpose: The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for all shipping requests and related inquiries at Lingraphica. This position prepares and processes all shipping requests for our devices and ensures that the right device is delivered to the right customer at the right time. The Fulfillment Specialist also responds to all external and internal inquiries related to shipping and fulfillment in a timely and courteous manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Uses HubSpot CRM to manage and process shipping request tickets
  • Prepares outgoing shipments with a high level of accuracy; effectively prioritizes workload
  • Investigates and resolves issues with shipments, including re-routing and rescheduling, resolving address discrepancies, filing claims with UPS, etc.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to all customer requests for shipping services
  • Monitors and maintains sufficient inventory level of shipping supplies and marketing collateral
  • Proactively engages in process improvement; works to improve individual and team efficiency
  • Adheres to all fulfillment policies, including Shipping Compliance, Infection Control, and Protected Health Information
  • Meetsor exceedsFulfillment metrics;usesreports and audits to track productivity
  • Performs other duties as needed and engages in projects and workgroups
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong teamwork skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to continually grow and expand their knowledge.

  • Strong time management skills and sense of urgency
  • Ability to adapt to shifting department and company needs
  • Ability to manage and prioritize ticket caseload with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Slack
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM, preferred
  • Experience with UPS WorldShip, preferred

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year office, administrative, or customer service experience, preferably supporting an Operations or Fulfillment team


Additional Information

Work Environment & Physical Demands

In-person position, located in our Princeton, NJ office. Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am – 5 pm EST.

Work environment is that of a typical office environment. Noise level is low to moderate.

Must be able to operate a computerwith or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Position requires lifting overhead, twisting, bending, and squatting to lift boxes or office equipment.

Travel

No travel is required for temporary positions.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency

At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 to $53,000 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
