Responsibilities:- Prepare cold dishes, salads, appetizers, desserts, and pantry items to menu specifications
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation following FIFO standards
- Ensure pantry station is stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Collaborate with line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and mise en place for daily service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership regarding inventory and supply needs
Requirements:- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Food Handler's Certificate or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to have all weekdays and weekends available.
- Schedule will be from 4pm-close
- Schedule must be flexible
