About the Role

If you're the kind of person who naturally takes charge, fixes what's broken, and keeps a fast-moving operation running smoothly, we should talk. This is an executive-level role with authority, autonomy, and a direct impact on how the firm grows.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $75,000–$85,000 base salary plus performance bonuses

  • Health insurance and 401(k) employer match

  • Paid holidays, 3 weeks PTO, 1 week sick pay, and parental leave

Compensation:

$75,000 – $85,000 + bonuses


Responsibilities:What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily operations and accountability across departments

  • Manage payroll, reconcile IOLTA accounts, and review financials

  • Lead meetings, set goals, and track action items

  • Conduct performance reviews and coach team members

  • Build onboarding, training, and process documentation

  • Manage vendors and review expenses

  • Partner with the CEO to execute strategy and drive growth


Qualifications:Who You Are
  • 5–8 years of operations, administration, or office-management experience in a service-driven business

  • A confident leader who sets clear expectations and follows through

  • Skilled in decision-making, problem-solving, and difficult conversations

  • Comfortable with CRMs, project-management tools, automation, and new technology

  • A systems thinker who leads with empathy and supports accountability
