Onward Search islooking for a Project Manager / Project Engineer for industrial client tojoin their on-site team in Honey Brook, PA. This full-time position supports project coordination for custom process equipment, working across various departments and with external partners.
Project Manager / Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders, including clients.
- Translate customer specifications into actionable project plans and schedules.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with targets.
Project Manager / Project Engineer Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial equipment or manufacturing projects.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, including standards such as ASME and AWS.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with team members and clients.
- Experience with project scheduling tools like MS Project or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred, with physical ability to perform job functions.
