Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.

  • Perform machine setups, tool changes, and routine equipment inspections.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

  • Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.

  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  • Document production counts, machine performance, and quality-related information.

  • Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.

  • Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily production goals.

  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Experience working with production equipment, machine tools, or automated machinery.

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting.

  • Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges preferred.

  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents.

  • Forklift experience is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
