Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Owners Representative)
Job Description
This role focuses on overseeing the development of a new sterile fill-finish manufacturing facility, including integrated sterile filling lines, cleanroom environments, controlled-temperature warehouse space, and associated process equipment installations. The Construction Project Manager, acting as the owners representative, ensures that all construction activities remain aligned with project objectives, schedules, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. This is a highly visible position on a multi-year life sciences construction project expected to run through at least 2028, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to contribute to one of the regions most significant biopharmaceutical capital projects.

Work Environment
This position is fully on-site at a large pharmaceutical campus, working within and alongside an established owners representative organization for the project. The environment includes active construction of sterile fill-finish manufacturing spaces, cleanrooms, controlled-temperature warehouse areas, and installation of advanced pharmaceutical process equipment. The role involves daily interaction with construction managers, EPCM partners, contractors, and technical specialists in a dynamic, fast-paced setting focused on life sciences facility delivery. The project offers long-term stability through at least 2028, high visibility with direct access to owner leadership and decision-makers, and the opportunity to contribute to one of the regions most significant biopharmaceutical construction initiatives. The site is accessible from Philadelphia, South Jersey, Wilmington (Delaware), and Baltimore markets, providing a large campus environment with substantial ongoing capital investment and a professional, safety-focused construction culture.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $95.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
