Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support a large USACE military construction project located on a Marine base in Albany, GA. This project is approximately 20% complete and involves the construction of an Army Reserve Center and associated support buildings. Currently, the project is in its early construction phase with footing foundations complete and underground utilities underway. A significant portion of the work involves Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) wall systems, making prior ICF experience highly preferred. The role requires manufacturer-specific ICF training.

Work Environment
The project is located in Albany, GA, on a USACE Project at a Marine Base. The work environment includes approximately 100-150 personnel onsite at peak production, with about 60% of the role dedicated to field oversight and 40% to documentation and reporting. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with hours that may fluctuate based on project needs. The position offers a per diem of $100 per day, 5 days per week, and the project has approximately 12 months remaining.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
