We are hiring Cooks and Shift leads for our NEW STORE IN HARTFORD.

We will be hosting open interviews to meet the District Manager and GM for on the spot interviews.

When: Monday 10/5 from 10AM-8PM, Weds 10/7 from 10AM-8PM and Friday_10/9 from 10AM-5PM

Training to start between 10/1 and 10/26.

Experience needed 2 years COOKING or 2 years Shift Lead

Cook starts at $17.00

Shift LEad starts at $19.00

Job Title: Wingstop Cook

• Ability to practice safe cooking procedures
• Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets
• Accurately count the number of Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings and Boneless, or other offering
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience

Requirements:

• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Assistant Managers/ Shift Leads

Job Description:

Now Hiring Assistant Managers and Shift Leads! You will have the overall responsibility of supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant, and for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting and supporting the General Manager in meeting store goals, including covering for the General Manager’s days off
• Assists in driving operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
• Must be able to open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team
• Assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement.
• Maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and Wingstop SOP
• Assure that all food is handled, prepared, and served in accordance with Wingstop’s SOP.
• Engage in professional conversation with customers to assure that their satisfaction is met.
• Address all HR matters that occur during your shift in accordance with the company’s polices
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers by acting with a guest first attitude and connecting with the guest
• Complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
• Perform daily tasks including but not limited to chicken counts, Figure 8, Position assignments, position task completions, Open workflow, Cash draw deposits, and Closing workflow.
• Must be willing to assist all other positions when necessary
• Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a restaurant kitchen supervisory environment
• Prefer some experience using a computer and register (POS) system
