This role focuses on safely and efficiently packaging chemical products in a heavy-duty industrial environment. You will handle 50 lb to 60 lb bags, operate and monitor bagging equipment, and support the flow of materials from raw goods to finished pallets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Work EnvironmentThe facility operates as a full-service chemical storage, handling, and distribution logistics operation in a very heavy-duty industrial environment. Employees work around hazardous chemicals and must be comfortable in an industrial setting that includes both indoor and outdoor work, with approximately half of the day potentially spent outside. The role is on 2nd shift, running from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The work involves consistent lifting of 50 lb to 60 lb bags, handling totes and drums, and using palletizing and stretch wrapping equipment. Team members may use sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed. The environment requires wearing an N95 mask for most of the shift and following strict safety procedures and compliance standards. The company is non-union and maintains a structured yet supportive atmosphere focused on safe, efficient chemical handling and production.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
