What you’ll do

Your job is to keep shifts running smoothly, support your teammates, and make sure guests leave happy.

• Jump in wherever needed: take orders, run food, make drinks, and help guests.
• Keep the team organized and communication flowing between the front and back of house.
• Read the pace of the shift and adjust team positioning as needs change.
• Coach in the moment with clear direction and encouragement.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Resolve everyday guest concerns and involve senior leadership when needed.
• Be the go-to leader when senior managers aren’t present.

What you’ll bring

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience; at least 18 years old.
• A natural enjoyment of serving people and connecting with guests and teammates.
• Reliability, clear communication, and a willingness to work hard.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This full-time role typically works40–45 hours per week. Open availability is strongly preferred.
