Line Cook/ Prep position

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook at Thai Basil Restaurant, you’ll play a key role in delivering the authentic flavors our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to exact recipes.
• Ensuring all food is handled with care, adhering to time and temperature rules.
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment to maintain a safe and organized kitchen.
• Utilizing basic knife skills and cooking techniques to prepare high-quality dishes.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen.
• A solid understanding of time and temperature rules for food safety.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing practices to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Basic knife skills and cooking abilities to handle prep work efficiently.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
