This role focuses on light mechanical and electrical assembly and remanufacturing of small dispensing units and major subassemblies. You will work to exact specifications and close tolerances, using fixtures along with simple hand and power tools. In addition to assembly, you will perform disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, and inspection of components as part of a structured remanufacturing process. This position offers a condensed workweek with a four-day core schedule and occasional additional hours as needed.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a production and remanufacturing environment focused on light mechanical and electrical assembly work. The core schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional work on Fridays for 6 to 8 hours as needed to meet production demands. You spend most of the day on your feet, and you should be comfortable standing for up to 10 hours and working with hand and power tools, fixtures, and small mechanical and electrical components. The facility follows standard safety and operational procedures, with a practical, hands-on atmosphere and a focus on accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to established processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
