Production Associate

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented employees to join our Production team. The General Production Worker supports manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling plastic components, inspecting products, and preparing finished goods for shipment. This role is ideal for team members looking to expand their manufacturing skills while contributing to a safe, quality-focused production environment.

• Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment following established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Assemble plastic components and finished products to customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or non-conforming materials.
• Trim, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Load and unload machinery to support efficient production flow.
• Monitor equipment operation and communicate production or maintenance concerns to leadership.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Support team goals through collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Experience with product inspection, packaging, and labeling.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

This position is located in a manufacturing facility producing plastic components and finished products. Employees work in a fast-paced production environment performing assembly, machine operation, quality inspection, and packaging activities while adhering to established safety and quality standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MO.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
