Job Summary:
Seeking an Agile Innovation Manager to lead innovation initiatives and cross-functional projects from idea generation through execution. The role will work with business, product, R&D, marketing, and other teams to drive innovation using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage innovation and product development projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile ways of working.
- Support ideation, experimentation, prototyping, and testing of new concepts.
- Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Remove project blockers and ensure timely delivery.
- Use data, customer insights, and market trends to support innovation decisions.
- Coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
