Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
The Quality Control Inspector plays a hands-on role in performing receiving inspections, in-process inspections, and quality verification activities for portable energy storage products. This position works closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements. The role focuses on inspecting supplier hardware, reviewing technical documentation and certifications, documenting non-conformances, supporting quality management system initiatives, and driving continuous improvement throughout build operations.

Work Environment
The role operates in both field and manufacturing environments, working closely with production lines, assembly areas, and inspection stations. You will handle mechanical and electrical hardware, use inspection tools and paperless work instructions, and work around active manufacturing operations. The position requires adherence to OSHA and workplace safety standards, including appropriate use of personal protective equipment and safe practices in production and field settings. The environment is hands-on, collaborative, and fast-paced, with regular interaction among Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $93600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
