We’re looking for a self-driven, persuasive Healthcare Recruiter who is energized by people, motivated by results, and confident enough to take ownership. This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do. We want someone who asks tough questions, thinks creatively, and figures out how to get results. Most importantly, you know how to influence people without being pushy. You can uncover what matters to a candidate, understand their concerns, overcome objections, and make them see why an opportunity with us could be the right move for them.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively identify and connect with healthcare professionals and prospective candidates.
- Build relationships and understand what motivates each candidate.
- Present opportunities in a compelling way and sell the value of the opportunity.
- Ask thoughtful questions, uncover concerns, and overcome objections.
- Take ownership of your recruiting pipeline and results.
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the team while independently managing your priorities.

- Someone with a “I'll figure it out” mentality.
You don't have to have years of recruiting experience. We can teach you recruiting.
What we can't easily teach is initiative, confidence, curiosity, persuasion, and the ability to make people believe in an opportunity.
What You'll Get:
- $47,500 - $52,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
