We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a contract opportunity with a path to a permanent role supporting supply chain and finance initiatives in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This position offers broad exposure to operational workflows, client connectivity efforts, enterprise applications, and innovative AI-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to clarify needs, improve processes, and help drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support initiatives related to client setup, application rollouts, systems integration, and workflow enhancement.
• Elicit, organize, and document business and functional needs so stakeholders and technical teams share a clear understanding of project goals.
• Act as a central point of coordination among internal users, operations staff, external clients, vendors, and technology teams to keep work aligned and moving forward.
• Convert operational challenges and business objectives into practical, well-defined requirements that guide solution planning and execution.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing activities by preparing test scenarios, tracking outcomes, and investigating issues when results do not match expectations.
• Oversee several assignments at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through.
• Analyze both day-to-day process details and larger business objectives, asking thoughtful questions to uncover gaps, risks, or incorrect assumptions.
• Contribute to projects involving supply chain operations, finance-related processes, and emerging AI applications where business value can be improved.• Demonstrated capability in business analysis, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work confidently in meetings involving clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and keep broader business goals in focus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning complex business processes, enterprise systems, and client-specific operational requirements quickly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business partners and technical teams without needing to serve as the technical solution designer.
• Exposure to EDI X12 transactions, supply chain logistics, warehouse or distribution operations, user acceptance testing, or systems integration is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools or platforms such as Jira, Sigma, Sage 300, Sage X3, or similar business systems is a plus.
