The Production Associate is responsible for the safe manufacturing of metal E Rings. This role involves utilizing standard measuring devices and gauges, as well as the ability to safely use all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.
ResponsibilitiesWe offer training for candidates with little experience to grow and expand their skills. Our clean facility provides opportunities for permanent positions and the potential to move into different departments and roles.
Work EnvironmentE Ring Associates collaborate with other Associates, Manufacturing Leads, and Manufacturing Support. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands to operate machines and measuring devices. The role demands regular attendance, professionalism, and the ability to follow directions. Shifts available include 1st shift (7AM-3:30PM, M-F), 2nd shift (3PM-12AM, M-Th and 3PM-7PM Friday), and 3rd shift (11PM-7AM, Sun-Thurs).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
