Job Title – Payroll Analyst

Location – Raleigh, North Carolina

Duration – 03 months contract

Pay Range – $60 - $65.21 USD hourly on W2

Hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support U.S. payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Responsibilities include supporting new hires, terminations, benefits, LOAs, expatriates, relocations, tax inquiries, and employee changes; monitoring payroll service tickets; and ensuring compliance with SOX, tax, labor laws, and company policies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant payroll experience.
• Working knowledge of Workday Payroll.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
