PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Randstad is currenlty working with a Manufacturing company that is hiring a Production Supervisor for their facility in Portersville, PA. This is a Direct Hire Permanent position with our client.They are offering a starting base salary of$75,000 - $85,000 plus 10% annual bonus potential. This is a Night Shift position from 7:00pm - 7:00am.

• Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Off Wednesday/Thursday, Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Off Monday/Tuesday, Work Wednesday, Thursday, Off Friday/Saturday/Sunday

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of production equipment and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Highly proficient with MS Office
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of production equipment and technologies.
• Lead the manufacturing operation during overnight hours.
• Overseeing the flow of the entire facility, removing obstacles, supporting your team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions to keep the business moving.
• Hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, production systems).
